I believe mix has VPS not 100% sure though.
I used 1&1 for a while, very good, dl'd tons of torrents no issues. Only 39$ a month and if your using a SOCKS proxy or vpn for the mails you shouldn't have a problem.
btw does anyone know any good BP domain registrars?
