out of those choices i would definitely pick the htc hero. there is a new hero coming down the pipeline but its still a bit away.

I love my Moment. Only thing that kind of pisses me off is the lack of multitouch but I think that might be addressed with the update. The phone is fast, lasts all ady and the screen is tits. Also keyboard. I've already dropped the thing a couple of times on the hard ground and everything is all good.
