Fox has re-released a version of the Bluray disc that no longer has the PiP issue.
Evidently the issue was not with the PS3 software, but with Fox deciding to no adhere to an industry standard that Sony did adhere to.
Anyway, Fox set up a number to call... give them your info and they will send a replacement disc (not even a proof of purchase required...)
