C) Styrofoam airplane
D) GPS

Balloon carries styrofoam glider 60k-120k feet. Balloon bursts at high altitude. Glider uses GPS to glide towards pre-programmed location. (Gyro helps plane keep steady)

Now you are being a bit more logical.

a) half oz of blow.
b) empty shotguns shells +repacking tools.
c) nose funnel for more nostril surface area.


Make sure to shoot the shell straight into the funnel else you risk the possibility of getting cocaine in your eye and not being able to feel your eyeball.
