Offline CPA Thoery? [YellowPages]-[mailing]

I was thinking of a method to perform, offline since its back to school season, and one of these came up. --

Go to yellowpages.com, and just search for ANY first/last name, in your zip code area...

ex: Billy Bob 11213

STEP 1
Print out some small sized flyers that can fit in a regular white envelop (simple text with picture, no Photoshop type shit, need to save ink!) with somthing like, "Billy Bob, you have WON A FREE iPhone 5 out of a 1,000 random selected users in our sweepstakes, visit:URL to claim your new iPhone 5 NOW!)

--Good thing about the above body is that, its straight forward and direct to the persons first.last name, so this almost like getting databases from websites and mailing out offers with their names and addresses but this is cheaper and better i think. And it will make the person more believeable that he actually WON an iPhone 5 becuase it wasn't in his email for one, and 2nd, it was directly sent to his/her house..lol I remember i got a such offer like this in the mail and i was in a hurry to call up and signup not thinking how they got my address or name..lol But anyway lets move on.

STEP 2
Now, get a bunch of envelopes and start writing out the receivers name, (cuz when you do the YP search all searches will have exact first/last name so just write billy bob on ALL of THEM, this is the easy part or you can even print the names on the envelop for quickness but that will require more ink) then after that, all you need to do is write each address on each envelope doesn't matter what order cuz all the names are the same in the search. After you have written the # amount of envelopes you want to send out, insert those flyers & LICK !!!!

Now, the only thing in this method that will cost you is ink/stamps.

Also, if you're wondering, idk about how your mailing area is, but you do not have to fill out the senders information on the envelope (Upper left hand corner) to send out mail. (this is for anonymity) or even you can send from a fake location, you basically can write anything, I did this once before and it never got returned back. Try sending it from a apple stores address...lol be creative !!!!!!!!

Last but not least, if you want to keep deep tracking and create an opt-in list, just add the persons abbreviated address as the SID=billybob_666DG_dr on each link.

or as the top marketers say, just create a landing page to opt-in their emails..

after im finish scaleling up my other method for this week, i might try this out, so ill let you guys try this before I do anything, so report back with results guys..

Stamps cost 40 cents + a piece..

you would have to convert at 1 in every 2.5 mails sent.

That being said, find a better offer than a iphone offer.

stuffing envelopes isnt the funnest/easiest method out there.

printing, folding, puting address on them and names...stamping them...

if your going to try it, try it with a bizop, student loan, or something that pays more than 15 a lead.

This is the cheapest, method.. actually this is same as sending mail on the internet, only difference is, on inet you can send way more mails out faster but with this method, every offer hits inbox directly in their hands.. no matter what lol no proxys no nothing vps etc...

also, you're telling me that you can;t spend 30 min. writing the same name on on envolopes and different city/state/zip, take a break then take another 30 min in putting all the flyers in the envelopes? lick / stamp.

If you're doing bulk mail, USPS offers discounts and there are several places that will straight up print and send postcards for you.

click2mail.com sends custom postcards for less than the cost of a stamp.

another option would be just delivering the mail/flyers yourself. Go through your whitepages, pick a street/neighborhood. Then make your envelopes/flyers out to the person @ each adress and just deliver it like a normal mailman would. I'm not sure how likely it would be that people would open a piece of mail without a legit stamp though, because these would have no stamps.

It's actually not a bad idea, I'm gonna try it out for 2 days or so with bizop. With unemployment sky high right now just target middle class/lower class neighborhoods with a boss looking flyer. Pick a few neighborhoods a day, make out your flyers for each person on each street and just go about your route. The only problem i see running into is, if people see you driving down the road delivering mail in a normal car, that might raise some eyebrows. Could always do it late at night maybe idk. I will do it in daylight because idgaf

THe spinoff ideas are not bad but randomly mailing out letters for a free iphone offer will cost you more than you'd make. Stamps are fucking expensive.

Direct mailing(via snail mail) is only effective if its targetted. You will be wasting money if you just send to a huge list of random people from yellowpages.com.


Also buying/coding mailers and figuring out filters and mail server policies to hit inbox is indeed the funnest.... recognize

Good thinking DG's keep ideas coming and spin!!!hey guys the iPhone offer example was just an example ;), I got other shot up my sleeeves.and yes bizop offers and loan offers would be best too cuz it's common sense. would u rather get 1 convert out of 15 mails sent for $1.50 or $10-20also this method can go even deeper to make the user more believable, here's a tip I thought of doing after finding the names / address. try to find anything more about that person that's connected to thier address and throw in some words talking about it to make them more eager to submit thier email. ex: if you can find where they work at you can make it seem if the offer was sent from thier job LOL. (be creative) try to learn more and more about that person and you will have a greater chance of making them to sign up.

did this for a minute got lazy as fuck though.

go mad at the mall parking lots until security comes then go to park n rides...exed exed...works

I've always thought that you could convert like mad if you hired someone to hand out flyers at highschools with links to mobile offers for ipads/whatever device kids want.

Find a kid who goes to the school that seems to be popular, and tell him you'll pay him X amount, if he hands out flyers to everyone.

Every high school kid has a cell phone, and is atleast partially retarded, so the conversions could be very good.
