one time I invented this system for keeping warm (we were smoking some WEEEEEEEEEEED in the cold, outside) and it was for the whole society.

It involved huge machines that were human powered, based upon picking fresh cranberries, making cranberry juice, and then urinating the cranberry juice onto people to keep warm in a grand system.

I drew a diagram.

i think my friends thought I was more serious thaN i was, which is kind of embarrassing now that I think about it.
