Well the system is simple:

Its a points based Forum, every new topic you get 40 points, every new post you get 20 points, you can sell your points back to me at 1000 for $5 via paypal or you can use your points to get people to do stuff for you like you can offer 100 points for people to make 20 posts in a form you are trying to start, or 500 points for people to signup for an an incentive based affiliate program that you are a part of.

Lets say you want to start a social networking site you can offer 100 points for people to create profiles for you that kind of stuff, you can buy and sell points from me untill enough people have points that they can sell them on their own.

There are alot of affiliate programs that just require people to submit an email address or confirm an email address to make money, you can offer points for people to do this for you.

Like I'm building a social networking site, so I'll offer people 100 points to make profiles for me, lets say you want to start a forum, you can earn some points from me and then offer points to people to post in your forum to get traffic and some good discussion going.

You have to think outside the box, but there is another site I've been working and have been making a few hundred a day by getting people to do surveys and shit for me, surveys that I make $10-$30 each off of... I offer people 500 points to do these surveys they can in turn built their own sites using their points or they can use their points to get people to do other surveys or they can sell their points to other members.

Its an easy system to make money if you think about it.
