freeRADIUS comes with a way to generate certificates.. but obviously its linux based, and im running a windows box...

Any idea how i can generate a secure certificate for the radius server?

I setup free radius on a linux server before to authorize our dial in clients, back back in the day. Check this link out for windows Certificate Services.:

Also freeradius has great usergroups and a mailerdom you can subscribe to and get help.
