how would you recommend advertising this site?
keep adding to it, its easier to get traffic to what looks like a completed site than something thats 25% done
yeah
its actually got quite a bit of content so far, but i am currently adding to it
but after that, how do i get the traffic to the site?

Submit it to every search engine you can find, mainly popular ones like Google, Tripod, Mama, etc..
Make Ad's and ask other sites to advertise you
Keep advertising yourself
Use sites like YouTube to advertise as well.
i do all the above
i guess content is the issue
i will continue working
your right, 9 games isnt enough...
hmm.. trying to think of popular games that should be added
get link exchanges with similar sites. start small, hit up other low traffic/ low pr sites in order to give yourself something. once thats established, move on up. start exchanging links with bigger sites. once you moved up there, keep moving on up the ladder. this will bring natural traffic from said link exchanges, but also eventually se's will pick you up. stay updated. try and get something to keep whatever visitors you worked so hard get to return.
but yes, #1, complete the site. no webmaster will take you seriously unless its a legit site with content.

I ran one my first .com sits in 7th grade, it was called www.anime-extend.com
At the rate of my noobiness during then, I was making a lot of traffic.
I just made the site about anime and dumb shit I liked during then though, prof. layout and all. I wish I kept making sites, I'd probably be as smart as some of the dg'ers in here.
