I heard through the grapevine that adsense clicks are going down while the number of page hits are going up. Any truth to this?

And if so is it due to a struggling economy or are people just getting so used to the adsense boxes they're ignoring them more and more?

they tightened up the click area on the ads to reduce misclicks

^That makes sense, I missed an ad yesterday by a few micro pixels, a click that they would have normally snuck on me!
