banned from google adsense way back when

so like 2-3 years ago i was rightfully banned for "incentive to click" or whatever it was, i tried re-applying back in june of last year i was denied after 3 weeks, with this letter:

application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our
program criteria. Therefore, we are unable to accept you into our
program.

We have certain policies in place that we believe will help ensure the
effectiveness of Google ads for our publishers as well as for our
advertisers. We review all publishers, and we reserve the right to
decline any application. As we grow, we may find that we are able to
expand our program to more web publishers with a wider variety of web
content.

Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries regarding
the specific reasons for our decision. Thank you for your understanding.

obv bullshit cause it was a good site with quality and it followed their ToS.

i think they track people by address, and since the place i live in has two addresses (one for each side), could i use the other one and potentially get away with it?

i think they sent me some information that i was gonna fill out, not a w-9 or anything but just verification

I used a different email, and my IP has changed since then. Everything else was the same.

i'd be worried about losing that account too, way easy to see it's a dupe.

i keep my high risk adsense accounts under different company/ein/ip/mailing address/everything

I don't think you need a name if you register under a corp

if you're using a corp you just put in that name if they ask for contact name too (i dont recall) you could put in daffy duck it doesn't matter

well they approved it again, and the site complies with their tos. hopefully i won't lose it. if i do, oh well.
