This hit my inbox, no unsub link, whitehat domain everything.. Anyone know these guys or know who they paid to mail this for them.

i dont have a gmail, so i do not know, but a friend of mine told me he was all over inbox gmail

Looks like a custom creative, rather then an affiliate network ad that has been mailed 10MM times.

I would say its the content.
