While you're at the library though you should check out http://www.amazon.com/Swarm-Intelligence-Morgan-Kaufmann-Artificial/dp/1558605959/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1207412159&sr=8-1 which is a really great book and introduces a lot of relatively new algorithms and concepts (it's where I first saw ACO).

I don't know why I pay for an IEEE membership. Every friggin article I want requires some other membership.
