also i technically fly out tomorrow but im flying out of san fran so i have to drive there

so far i like it a lot

that said, my grandma bought it for me. im not sure id buy it on my own.

the layout kinda sucks (next page button is right where you'd comfortably hold it) but i seem to be getting used to it. the wireless connectivity is awesome. they have a service called "nownow" that lets you ask a question and gives you 3 answers in about 10 minutes from actual humans (think its mturk related). pretty cool and informative answers. also nice to be able to look up anything on wikipedia. screen is awesome for e-books, not so much for web browsing but thats secondary anyways.

The bf wants me to get one so he can quit schlepping my books around everytime we move (I have about 500 in boxes that I've not opened since I moved from Co, and at least 200 more that I've accumulated since moving here.).

Do you have to buy the ebook from amazon or can you dl ebooks to your computer then put it on the kindle?
