So i was looking at FRE and im thinking is this going to die or live, and i made a little chart to play it out

now yeah it can somehow boost up like 500 dollars a share or go crazy down, but it looks like its gonna go down, thats the trend, even with a bit of a rally there is mostly downs, and i think government take over soon..
im going with:
strike 5
oct 08 exp date
puts
tell me what you guys think if its gonna be win or fall and government take over go=

this is what i mean, play a spread on this bitch. with the amount of play in this stock recently, its inevitable that its going to go either up or down in a pretty dramatic fashion, why not hedge your bets and take both?

you mean bet on its fall and on its rise?
LOL at that chart it looks horrible. I would avoid trading FRE. It is a piece of shit big money can be made elsewhere with less risk
Where did you get the idea that the upside on FRE is $500 /share ?

sarcasm, read it over i said "yeah it can boost up to like $500 a share, or go crazy down" its not going to get to $500 a share ever.. its gonna go down or a bit up...
i took a bit of a risk with MBI this week, I invested 9K at avg price of $9.8 on Friday, it jumped up to $14.40 today...I think it will hit $15, at that point I'm gonna get out cause the price of this stock is tied into the performance of FRE/FNM, very volatile, but can be very profitable if you like to gamble

Theres a pretty large chance that you will lose EVERYTHING
I jumped out of MBI at $15.60 ...made money...the next couple business days I think there's quick profits to be made from MBI, ABK, RDN....but I wouldnt stay in it too long, if FRE/FNM go down, then you're fuxed

I would invest in RDN before investing in FRE, I pumped up my position in that today. I've got 1500 shares now at avg price $3.4 I'm an amateur at this and the professionals will say im pulling this out of my ass, but based on market demand and trends in these mortgage insurers/financials, I expect this stock to hit $5/share in the next 10 business days
I'm a hypocrite, I ended up putting $5500 into FRE today. Everyone sold their positions for profit, fear of bad news over the 4 day weekend, It caused the stock price to drop back to the $4.5 region. So I bought in at that point, because I don't believe any significant bad news is going to come out this weekend to affect this sector. I believe on Tuesday that FRE will shoot up above $5 again. At that point I may sell my position for profit or hold it a bit longer to see what shakes out, but most likely sell because it is VERY risky.
BTW, RDN is up 4% today and its going to keep going up, there's still time to jump aboard, its going to hit $5
Between my bet on RDN going to $5 and FRE going up, I made another $5k today...thats $10K in the past week fuckin with these financials, ABK, MBI, RDN, FRE. I'm going to sit back for a day before I decide what I'm going to dump my money into next.
good shit o0o. im glad to hear somebodies killing it. i'm investing in irl property at the moment. i hope this works out well in the end. ;)

property? do you read the news lololol
no because the news doesnt give an accurate portrait of the economic situation. plus, theres a saying that the best time to buy is when everyone else is selling
