.asia (foreign domain question)

Well I am getting ready to buy up all the foreign domains for my business, however when I tried registering .asia it says that I need to live in an asian country or your webmaster has to. Naturally I dont know a person in asia, but that makes no sense to buy a foreign domain you need to live there? Or is it just for the whois info & I will put in bogus shit, but wont internic susp the acct for having fake whois information?

I dont think i've heard of ".ASAI" Domains, befor but theres other domain names im sure any individual can buy it would consist of.

.jp .sg and so on for the individual parts of "ASAI" if its for your buisiness its a good investment for the few newer domains...

Cant you also just contact who's selling the domain names and explain to them / make a deal??
