Need a ballpark quote for a site

Need a rough ballpark figure for building a site for a small business I run out my house.

I do vinyl stuff from my home, things like these quotes and yard signs/constructions signs and banners and whatnot.

I'm basically looking for a site that I can get to rank high under search words like:

etc...

Something with a easy to use design for customers, and a more friendly "customer design center. (utilizing fonts, colors, whatnot I have)
