Go get checked out tell them you think you have ADD, they'll likely give you a script for methylphenidate. Look up bad side effects and then tell the doc that they're really annoying and you want to see if there is some other pill you could take.


Also Vyanese is a relatively new drug that will convert to amphetamine in your body so that would work alright too

It is so easy to get adderal.I was going to come so close to getting a subscription, then she said "I want to do "lab tests" before subscribing" , come to find out the lab test where to drug test me, and she found weed in my system and she was like "well, adderal is not good for pot smokers"

your doctor will give you a very simple questionnaire with retarded questions like "do you dislike waiting in line" & "do you sometimes not finish things you started". its set up as a strongly agree-strongly disagree thing. go with strongly agree on all of them

then the doctor will look at you with some concern and say "son, im afraid you have adult add"

they will initially prescribe you a non narcotic, typically straterra. you have to take this for a month and come back in

go back in and tell them it doesnt do dick and youll get either ritalin (generic) or adderal. make sure your insurance covers adult ADD or youll get raped on adderal prices. ritalin can be had in generic for very cheap.

This is the best way to do it. I've taken adderoll for 4 years throughout college, and there is no way in hell I would have graduated in 4 years (if at all) if not for 2 things...
1. Adderoll (30mg XR and 20mg Regs)
2. Pot (heads, mids or beasters, no schwag).

Go see a Psychiatrist, one who can prescribe medication.

Let them know you take classes and are having extreme difficulties concentrating, you can't sit still, and you're failing classes because you can't focus long enough to complete a task.

Tell them you've been prescribed Ritalin in the past, years ago, you can't even remember who prescribed it, someone ur parents sent you to, and that it helped you a lot. You started ownin' them tests.

When they ask you if you have any history of drug abuse / addiction, say absolutely not. Not even pot, if you hint or raise their suspicions in the slightest it will become an epic fail.

Fiddle in your chair, play with your hands, follow an imaginary fly around the room. Daze off in the middle of a conversation, all of a sudden snap back to reality while the Dr. is mid-sentence and be like, wait, what?

They also prescribe Adderall for lack of energy. If you're going for this basically reverse everything in this post.

doctors will give out medication for ADD like candy because, like dropcode said, they're lazy and it's over diagnosed. obviously there are a lot of different medications for ADD/ADHD though, so you may get other ones (like, say, time released) first.

if you have ADD getting a prescription won't be a problem. tell them what you said in here. you want to go to school, you have trouble focusing/paying attention. give the doctor a sob story about how you want to make something of yourself but you always find yourself daydreaming when you should be doing homework etc. etc.
you could also slip in there "well, i have a friend who takes adderall and s/he says it works really well for them..."
