Just had to go through some crazy manual virus removal. I had to figure this shit out myself, battling viruses on my box yo.

Some stupid dll that hijacked my browsers forcing me to download a fake antivirus program called "Pro Defender 2009" but I was too smart to do that and it froze my pc and wouldn't let me system restore or anything and idk how I even got it since I haven't had a trojan in a longgggg time.

Anyways, just fixed it and defeated that motherfucker.

Okay Update:

The virus was only partially fixed, the go.google error was still there and I couldn't run malbytes or any program but then I stumbled upon this site that told me how to fix it and all is perfect now, I can rub Malwarebytes and fix it. If anyone else has this badass virus then check this site out:

I'm not sure if you're having the same prob. as me but for me, malware bytes or any spyware prog didn't launch because the virus stopped it, but this fixed that problem:


Go to Start > Control Panel(This Computer) > System(Right click on it and choose options) > click on the Hardware tab > click on Device Manager > click on View > click on Show Hidden Devices.

Scroll down to “Non-plug and Play Drivers” and click the plus icon to open those drivers.

Then search for “TDSSserv.sys”

Right click on it, and select “Disable”

If your computer ever freezes up and doesn't load the OS just pull out the Watch battery on your MOBO and leave it out for like 20-30 minutes, and it'll reset it's self. ;)
