Studd, you are dealing with this the wrong way. You should read the rules of the lamer tank to gain some insight on how to get unbanned. Since navigating your way to that thread may be a formidable task, given your self admitted lack of internet prowess, I will assist you in this thread.

The key is get back into that mod/admin's good graces using a combination of flattery, compliments, and admittance of wrong doing. Here is an example post:

I would like to take a moment to apologize for my inconsiderate actions in f=5. The wrongness of my actions became immediately apparent once you showed me the error of my ways by banishing me to the lamer tank. Using the twitter situation as an excuse to once again spam the main board with meaningless content was not only immature of me, it was disrespectful to you and the fine posters that frequent DigitalGangster.com.

The actions taken against me were a just reaction to my poorly written and nonconstructive posts. I would like to apologize not only for my poor quality posts, but also for making your already time consuming moderation of the forum that much more difficult. You really need to write from the heart.
