I've used legal zoom before, but I'm looking at activefilings.com right now for an LLC i need to set up in Puerto Rico. Legal Zoom doesn't support PR and my spanish isn't good enough to call up places down here to research it.
Just wanting to hear how it went with Active Filings if you used them.
Did you check out mycorporation.com? I did an LLC with them a few months ago, everything went super smooth, company is owned by Intuit
If you go with them yodel at me for an aff link <3

Setting up an LLC is something better done on your own than through legalzoom or any other company. It's so simple to do. Find the form on your local SOS office and .PDF it on here and I can help you fill it out.
I recommend www.bizfilings.com I think they do PR. If they don't have it on the web site call them up they can do it manually for you.
