i <3 diary but i got a sensitive stomach for it too...

humans are the only animals that continue to drink milk through infancy and into their adult life

lactose-intolerance is also one of the most recent genetic mutations

--you'd think its a sign or something...

I was lactose intolerant for years, and just recently it's turned into a total dairy allergy.
Not even 5-6-7 of the stupid lactaid pills were helping, then dr said, o, ya, you has dairy allergy.
Do you know how much shit has dairy in it?

It's kinda good though, since I can't eat hardly anything anymore.

dude i was the same way as a kid..and its before the lactose intolerant thing came to the surface. i would have a bowl of cereal and feel like shit all morning.

i grew up fixing it...dont drink milk plain..or hunks of cheese..u gotta mix it up somehow...like i always have just chocolate milk or put the strawberry syrup in it.

they got pills for it to..but they didnt work for me either. i duno about the crazy massive shits ur having..but it probably due to the volume of th shit your drinkin..cut back a little..but mix up what you dont !

what if it isn't the actual milk that is contributing to these allergic reactions

maybe it's a problem with how the milk is processed, or how the cows are raised in these farms (or even cages)?

idk maybe try drinking some organic milk or some milk imported from california

tried it, it doesn't give as bad a reaction as cow's milk, but I have had a positive skin test for a dairy allergy, so it's on my list to stay away from.

All humans were born intolerant to milk from other species. It's necessary for babies of all mammals to drink their mother's milk for immunities. A grown adult isn't supposed to drink this once they're weaned off of it. You wouldn't drink breast milk from your mom still, would you? So why would you drink it from a cow? It is still breast milk (duh). Somehow we've developed a taste for milk, which is really sick imo. People who aren't lactose intolerant are the sick ones.

There is a lot of SPECULATION that this happens. However, the theory is that it has to do with artificial growth hormones farmers introduce into their cows to improve milk production. NATURAL cow's milk doesn't contain the hormones people are worried about.
