ok i got a question for all the DGs out there who are on twitter. Ive noticed my accounts tend to get banned alot after a mass unfollow. now my question is do you guys seem to have the same problem flushing your twitter accounts (Unfollowing NonFollowers)? i think my accounts might be getting flagged because when you mass unfollow you are also unfollowing many of your followers. im going to test it out on an account with the following stats.
followers: 1034
following: 207
flushing: 827
appreciate the feedback.

Its a known fact excessive flushing or reupping of followers is a red flag.
My answer is quanity > quality.

flushing or mass-unfollowing.... or both?
I have been building twitter lists for the last two weeks and I haven't had a problem with flushing as long as you don't do it in excess. I even have an account with no tweets, 201 followed and 900 something followers because I flushed too early and they delayed in following me back. I was worried that this was gonna throw up a red flag, but its still going strong. I suggest waiting a few hours before flushing after filling up to capacity, they might see this weird behavior.

another question, im not to familiar with proxies can i load firefox (x) amount of times (one for each twitter) and have a proxy for each browser.. or should i only leave 1 browser open clear data/add proxy.. rinse.. repeat.
I can tell you I'm doing none of this from behind a proxy. Everything is done at my job, which is even worse cause we have static IPs. Still not b&. I think its more about how you do it than if you use a proxy. However, I would suggest FoxyProxy which is an addon for Firefox that you can cycle out proxies with ease.
One tip though so you don't lose all those people that auto follow or follow without much thought to it...
I use hummingbird to find people and add them and unfollow. You can find a cracked version on BHW. I then use Twitterbee(posted last week) which I was using as my main tool, till I decided it was too slow, to back up those users by harvesting users from my own accounts. If you were to ever get any of your accounts banned, you can always just readd the list in Twitterbee

yea i was reading the posts at blackhat and was thinking about downloading hummingbird, right now im using flashtweet to mass follow. i switched over to http://www.buzzom.com/ for (mass unfollow) thats how i discovered flushing, as for my test account its still up. i like flushing prefered to mass unfollowing because most twitter users follow there followers and i think just deleting everyone is causing my red flags, have you tried out the exploit there talking about on there if so how did that work out for you. thanks for the feedback agian.

The magic number with twitter is 1000. I'm not entirely sure how they say it on their backend, but basically you get 1000 points a day.
Those points are used up when you Follow/unfollow/DM someone. Tweeting is on a different scale.
Just make sure you don't mass unfollow 800 and then add 600, keep it to levels of <1000 (I shoot for <900 just to give a buffer) and you are set.

Yeah, my first attempt at Twitter didn't work quite right. I was targeting, but I think I was trying something that wouldn't sell right away... I'm targeting dating users with Fling now, we'll see how that goes D: Some people are making good money with Twitter, but its difficult to find what sells for each niche :( I think if this fails horribly I'm gonna attempt CL.
