After more researching it seems like a simple fix will solve this, you have to disable mod_security, let me know if you can do this for me.

yo i bought hosting from you, and im using a content management script that isn't letting me put certain symbols into the database through my articles but its worked on other hosts. since it's shared hosting that i bought from you i might not be able to fix the problem myself, could be a server issue.

im going to try the things in this thread, could you take a look please?
