greetings, fellow internet!regardless what the haters say, I'mma get it anyway, I'mma go and do my thang
heres a rap to explain it
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j50ZssEojtM
but what they don't tell you in the video is that it's going to create a black hole that will destroy the earth
regardless what the haters say, I'mma get it anyway, I'mma go and do my thang
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Large_Hadron_Collider
it's being started in 2 hours?
FUCK
they said 3 hours a few minutes ago and something about a circuit board problem
good luck bros
LHC did 9/11
you better back off before i jack off
but seriously these mad scientists need to slow their role
hay we have the technology to create an apocalyptic black hole so let's freakin' do it bros
you better back off before i jack off
jk i doubt it will destroy the world
you better back off before i jack off
we have super magnets that are 100x more powerful than the blackhole will be
its okie its all under control

HOLY FUCK WHAT HAPPENED
PEOPLE STARTED VIBRATING AND SCREAMING IN AGONY AND THE FEED AND WEBSITE ITSELF WENT OFFLINE
WHAT THE FUCK NO PLEASE NO
you better back off before i jack off
they said gluon:
getchur weapons fellas we are gonna be openin portals to xen in mere minutes here
are they going to show the black hole when it happens? all this talking is boring as hell
good luck bros
This looks pretty serious.
I like the guy with the platinum hair. If I saw him IRL I'd be like, "yo, that man does science."
I'm pretty sure none of these people have ever had sex. And that's okay, science is important.

SHITS GOING DOWN
im really hoping someone missile kicks that bitch that is talking, makes me wanna shoot myself.
up in the mix, since '86
it would be so awesome if this creates microscopic black holes and the world ends.
I can't stay awake for this, someone tell me if we all die or something. Or if I should get my crowbar and shotgun.
im doing science right now too

30 til they can start ramping the beams to 3.5 TeV then after about a half hr or so itll be up to speed and the guy is estimating after about 30 mins of the beams directed at each other collisions will start, that last time can be much higher tho its all based on probability that the "particles" or "waves" come into contact in a trigger zone where data can be extracted
HEY LHC, YOU WERE GOOD, AND IMMA LET YOU FINISH, BUT 2012 IS THE BEST APOCALYPTIC SCENARIO OF ALL TIME.
This is seriously exciting stuff... when this thing is up and running at its full designed power, the things we're hoping to learn (many months following the collisions, after analysis) will do nothing short of prove or disprove what we hold to be true about the way the universe works. But it's also a worthy moment to pause and reflect, imho.
I'm certain no world-ending disaster will ensue, but what if this was it, and we had 30 minutes left? What mattered in our lives? Was it money, power, family, love? Nothing at all? What would we have changed about this last day we lived? It's an interesting moment to be witnessing while lying in bed, getting ready to sleep. Just food for thought heh.
i am smoking weed and watching http://webcast.cern.ch/lhcfirstphysics atm
particle collisions are no joking matter
the possibility of micro black holes appearing is a realistic possibility
i don't know about world ending type shit but definitely something can happen
high
Who else is smoking a bowl for this monumental event?
also, 1-30 minutes until collision
regardless what the haters say, I'mma get it anyway, I'mma go and do my thang
Quite possible ye. And basic knowlege of black holes will tell you there is zero chance anything bad will happen. It just wouldn't have enough mass.
Worst case scenario 2-3 atoms will have any sort of interaction with it before it has left the earths atmosphere. Most likely it will just evaporate in milliseconds.
heres the control screen for the collider so u can see in real time the speeds of the beams and the path they are currently taking
http://lhc-webcast.web.cern.ch/lhc-w.../cerninfos.swf
did it happen yet
you better back off before i jack off
yo i hope they do open a black hole i hate the french, i hope some shits come out like in the mist
