I disagree with your 5th choice because I'm sure on the island you could find a way to kill yourself (although I like how hand grenade makes it so hopefully painless). Depending how long you live for that heroin might as well be the hand grenade though.

I have OD'd several times on heroin and never died. Granted I did not have a unlimited supply like a 100'lbs of the shit, but still. Hand grenade = homosapien zucchini
