Third eye opening,

I think my third eye is starting to open and it's pretty traumatic. I feel like I'm being torn inside, emotionally. All week this has been going on. Today was a new peak, I started to see with it but it was very very fuzzy and also it felt like it was about to explode with pretty intense energy. Painful. I woke up crying like an idiot. Would not recommend unless trying to develop.

I'll keep at it but yea, approach with caution.

third eye is just a gland in your brain called the pineal gland,
has dmt in it too, and it has eye like structures i think
