Anyone ever have any problems sending packages with this shitty company? I had a package sent out of boston MA to Ohio (12 hour drive by car) -- It's been 9 days and still nothing. fucking ridiculous.
Yes ive tried to track and no it does not work, the entire tracking system is completely useless. I called them and told them this is bullshit just cancel my package I will take my business somewhere els and the 80yr old lady says 'no sir, sorry we cannot do that for you' -- I said, well, apparently you cant deliver packages either bitch, and hung up

the 2 times somebody entrusted a very important item to USPS to get it to me they failed me miserably. They took 16 business days to get me a car distributor back in 2005 and then 2 years ago took an entire month to get me the title to my motorcycle.

It costs more to UPS/FEDEX but for fuck sake it's worth it to not have to ever go through that again.

yeah thats why i went with usps because it was alot cheaper than UPS, should have just paid the extra money though because i've never had any kind of problems like this with ups/fedex.

I mean seriously 9 days from a place 12 hours away? The lady i talked to today said it could be as much as 2 weeks(which is what they top out at max for delivery) Crazy..

Sounds like you need to get control over your attitude and manner over the phone. Remember, these people CAN deliver your package crushed if they want, that shit happens in shipping... If your mother or grandmother was in such a poor financial position, and had to work at such an age where going into work is difficult for her- would you want some fuckboy raging her over the phone?

You can't cancel a package because it is IN TRANSIT. If you wanted to cancel sending it, you should have done it prior to shipping. Sure USPS may be slow, but it may also be an error made by the shipper. Perhaps a typo on your address when they printed the label, perhaps it wasn't even shipped?

The point is, you are subjecting yourself to bad karma over something that nobody specific has control over. If you want to use a service where you can reach the accountable party, seek out a courier.

This is my experience... for the most part. Sure i've had packages go from Florida, to California, then for some reason out to Oregon, and then to my home in Los Angeles... these things happen. There is no way to guarantee that there will not be errors in sorting. Remember, these people deliver over 170 BILLION pieces of mail per year.... What's your Black Ops KDR look like?
