basically nothing. if i fuck wit it i usually take 8-10 30mg pills
you prolly have/had the #3, which is a common dosage used for moderate pain.
also note if you're sensitive to acetaminophen. in the US all codeine is now cut with acetaminophen to prevent abuse. so, if you had a #3 you'd have 30-32mg of codeine with probably 500mg of acetaminophen. 4000mg is the daily dose limit BUT anything over 2000mg can actually do damage to your kidneys. alcohol with have a synergistic effect as well, so be careful.
also, i have found that over 1500mg of Acetaminophen I begin to vomit uncontrollably, nausea, etc.
