I'd suggest purchase a Visa Gift Card from your local convenience store and try that..

If not, make fake PP and get somebody anonymous to send you funds to buy a domain somehow.

For me bitcoin was the most sensible way also. Plus a lot less conversions if you already have the bitcoins.

vanilla visa gift cards also work on namecheap with no problems (as well as pretty much any other gift card). in my past experience namecheap is more lenient with gift cards than godaddy. you can use a vpn without no logs as others have suggested for extra anonymity.

I don't mind paying up to 50.00 per year for a truely anonymous domain, but is there anywhere that offers anonymous shared hosting? That PRQ place is way over my budget; you can get normal hosting for like 14.00 a month, and I'm only trying to host a message board here so nothing to bandwidth intensive. Who has the cheapest anonymous hosting? Or is there a method to get hosting with a Visa Gift card?

For the record, went with WU > LR > Gossimer, for hosting and domain. Still kind of expensive, WU markup plus LR fee.

I've used prepays, just use some anonym info (i.e, not relAted to yourself) for the registration of prepay

Buy some Bitcoins and order a domain from kalyhost.com with the BTC. Their prices are very light, and the domains can handle quite a bit of punishment.

Otherwise if you have a Simon mall nearby, purchase a Simon giftcard, either AMEX or Visa versions, reg it with some BS info + proxy online, and then order to your hearts content

Gossimer hosting blows serious ass, by the way; i've never seen such incompetant support or such a buggy plesk panel.

I use a middle man that buys them at internetbs.net and pay like $10 each instead of the direct site price of $7.
Little bit extra cost but if anything goes wrong, it ain't my info on the account, which is nice.
