Locally, we had a white cop shoot an "innocent black teenager" who was high as fuck, speeding through a busy as fuck area with a gun... And they tried to riot. That's the media for you. They have this thing called "white guilt" and it's destroying our country. I hate to say it but it's the main reason why a majority of White Americans voted for Obama. Now that they see this guy for who he really is, they are turning on him. I understand Obama feels bad about what happened because he's black. I think the media, as always fueled a fire for ratings. They began using an edited tape, and continued by having every god damned "news" talk show discussing the bullshit "case". It was clear from the beginning that there was not enough information about the incident such as police reports, photos of both parties, autopsy reports, medical reports, eyewitness testimony etc to be able to state an informed opinion.

It was clear as hell on the 911 tape that Zimmerman paused (as if he was looking to see) what color TM was, and that was only after the dispatcher asked him. It's not like he called and said there was a suspicious black male walking down the street. They used old photos of Zimmerman, making him out to be a very large man, when in fact he was not. They used outdated photos of TM as well... he looked like a young innocent kid wearing a Hollister shirt. Not once did they show the photo of him from Twitter where he was wearing a gold grill in his mouth.

The family claims that people were trying to ruin their dead son's reputation by stating facts about his behavior and suspensions from school. Wasn't TM on a ten day suspension from school when he was walking to get his skittles? WTF kind of shit did he do to get ten days? I read that one of his suspensions was for having an empty / residue marijuana bag in his book bag along with 12 pieces of women's jewelry and burglary tools. Wouldn't it be something if he was the one robbing the neighborhood? I don't think the average "innocent" teenager carries women's jewelry and burglary tools to school. Ten days suspension suggests that he also had behavior / attitude problems as well.

There is no evidence that I have seen that suggests that Zimmerman chased him down, on the contrary, when dispatch said not to follow he said ok. To top it all off, TM's "girlfriend" stated that she was on the phone with TM when Zimmerman "assaulted TM". How did she know this from being on the phone? Her answer was that she heard the phone/headset drop to the ground and disconnect the call. That doesn't really mean that there was an altercation, just that the phone disconnected for whatever reason. she also told him to run. TM said he wasn't going to run.

Let's not forget how the news kept reporting that Zimmerman was a white man. Um, I'm white. White as can be. Zimmerman is brown for sure. Since when does anyone call a hispanic male white?

Lets be honest here, he has as much to do as you do. I don't know you and you don't know him and for me to say he has nothing going on is.....not accurate. Now if he decided to call the cops on trayvon because he was black...he has every right to do that.

no matter what way you put it, it's not right, you do not have a right to chase someone down and kill him. he should have listened to the 911 operator when they told him that they don't need him to follow the subject. he could have remained in his house or wherever he was and from a distance gave a description of the kid and where he went. instead he chased him down, got into a confrontation with him, shot and killed him. I can't imagine what the kids last seconds were, actually I kind of can because I heard his screams.
