registrars that don't pre-fill the DNS

Anyone know of any good registrars that don't pre-fill the DNS with their own crappy landing pages and hence make you wait many hours if you want to use the domain?

domainsite.com used to have instant propagation and then they did this sedo BS

xtraorbit allows you to put your DNS in at checkout and usually done pretty quickly.

Just be careful i had them "lock" one of my domains conveniently to their parking page so dont use anything that would be very valuable.
