Theres only 2 ways to make high limit accounts SE or spending (or a combo of both).

A standard pva has a limit of $250/day, with all the banning they are doing I think I would rather buy 4 $250 accounts than a $1k account, besides you can have one or all of them upto $1k/day in 4 days of maxing out and a couple of phone calls.

Every account I have done once started at 50 and once I made the first ad they raised it to 250 (doesnt actually kick in until the next day).
All were PVA'd with US numbers on US ips.
