On Friday, the NFL suspended Vick, 27, indefinitely without pay.
he's got jail time, and to get back in the NFL he has to appeal to a committee, who then decides if he gets back in. Personally, i think they'll let him back in, and wherever he goes he'll kick ass for about 2 years then go back to the way he was before this. A suckass quarterback with a serious lack of vision in the pocket and no ability to see passing windows.
Also, it seems that while with atlanta he must have enjoyed being hit from behind and taken down by large men, so expect more of that in prison.
He's pretty good at fumbling too, so that won't help him with soap.

I think his minimum jail time is 6 months, but he could get up to 6 years. Depends on what kind of deals he got with the other charges.

You are all forgetting that he was only charged federally, and he copped this plea to avoid them coming after him via the RICOH statutes.
The state can still charge him, using whatever statements he made during any questioning, meeting with DA's, and when he entered his plea.

they wrote up the plea deal friday it was all over the news then that he was pleaing guilty he just had to show up and actually enter it today

He pled guilty Friday and today was just the formal guilty pleding in court where they specify the terms to the plea. I also heard on the news that he was implicating 2 or 3 others and that he would be a witness in exchange for a reduced sentance.
I also heard on the radio this morning that the Falcon's orginization was considering a lawsuit to recover 22 million they had already paid Vick.
Oh I wouldnt bank on that. We;ll have to wait and see which federal pen he gets sent to.
