go to the px, buy one of the big San Benedetto ice teas, any variety as long as it's the 1.5 ltr size
pick up some tin foil

take one of the oasis standard issue water bottles from any water point on base

now, cut the water bottle about 1 inch from the bottom, keep the top part
take the ice tea bottle and the now cut water bottle and hold them side by side, so the bottom of the cut water bottle is next to the bottom of the ice tea bottle,
then mark on the ice tea bottle just before where the curve of the water bottle top is

cut the ice tea bottle at this line and discard the top

put the tin foil over the top of the water bottle top and make it so you can unscrew the bowl easily, poke holes in the foil

fill the bottom of the ice tea bottle with water, and then put the water bottle top inside of the bottom (should fit nice and perfect)

fill with tobacco, light the tobacco and pull up on the water bottle to create a vacuum and pull the smoke into the chamber

carefully hold while you unscrew the foil bowl and then pound that sweet tobacco smoke

rinse repeat as desired
