So, I work at dell as some of you may know. Now, I am still in training and there is this one character in here, looking somewhat between... well jaba the hut and seth from american historyX and he falls asleep almost EVERY DAY, keep in mind he should be fired... idk why the fuck he hasnt been i guess its just because the trainer is cool n shit... but LOL his head rolls round and round, its hilarious... amazingly he doesnt wake up dizy, but every time he wakes up his monitor or his keyboard or mouse or all is unplugged sometimes even his machine is off or his screen is flipped upside down or reversed lulz its hilarious

No that test was just a useless assessment i guess, it was long and geh but when i went to the interview i had to take a real test and on that one i passed myself, so the answer sadly enough is no.

not if your doing phone support for CBG corporate business groups then its not bad at all. i talk to nothing but tech's and most of my calls are escalations that need parts so its not bad for me at all.

I hate calling dell, my laptop's touchpad is broken and while it is covered by warranty, I prefer to have a broken touchpad than to go through all the shit they have made me go through numerous times in order to tell me it needs to be replaced but since I'm not in the US I can't do it. fuck dell
