I've been kicking this idea around for at least a year so many of you already know about it, but by the end of this month I will be launching an all new version of NerdWealth.com.
I am switching to vbDrupal, which I'm really excited about. Not only will we be able to have fun with all kinds of drupal modules on top of the blog (wiki, perhaps) but it is also tightly integrated with vbulletin. People will be able to use the same account to comment on the blog, interact with other aspects of the site, and use the forum.
Yes, the forum. No, it's not going to be more of whywork. The forum is going to require paid memberships, so every person in there will be serious about making money online. I will be inviting a few get money allstars to help get the forum moving, but it will quickly expand to people from far wider circles on the internet than the same old dg crowd. I will be personally contributing ideas, tips, and code that I would never drop on a public forum.
Here is the planned structure for the forums:
I am posting this now to find out what you guys think and see if you have any other suggestions for the site. I know I've been really infrequent on my NerdWealth updates to date, but with the new launch I will be updating much more regularly and possibly bringing on an additional blogger or two.
I plan on offering the first 50 memberships at $19.95/mo then raising prices after that. I'm excited to hear what you guys think.
