best email hosting?

Just wanted to ask you guys what would be the best service for smtp access, for sending spam. Preferably one that takes paypal or egold.Also, I have a php mailer uploaded but the emails just get sent to junk and marked as "dangerous", since they fail sender ID tests (spoofed from address) even though i only put "test" as subject and body. Anyone know a way past this?
