It's not really the gaza police. Gaza is just a city in the gaza strip. What happened is that the radical hamas (hamas = terrorists) group managed to win control in an election. The palestinians actually voted those crazy fucks into governmental power. Hamas then replaced the police and security people with their own people. Hamas is also the group behind the rocket attacks but they get a lot of, actually all of their financial backing from arab nations who are dedicated to the destruction of Israel and the genocide of all jews.

Seriously though, all of this trouble in the middle east can be traced back to the break up of the lands there at the end of the first world war. Previous to this the Ottoman Empire had that shit on lockdown. The radical moslems were there but were so beaten down that they were a non-issue.
