If you had a "skill" you'd be making money, look at how many people make money from commercial music, in some shape or form, you'd be making money, and i don't mean 9-5 M-F type of money. The people with "skill" as you say get recognized and picked up by somebody...My opinion certainly isn't the standard as i like Hardcore music, i do listen to rap and i like some stuff, but certainly no ones weak attempt at music here.

And if that was in any way shape or form a dig at me about having some skill..i wouldn't blast this message board with it, i have skills to make money and that's what i do. I still wouldn't sit here and throw it anyones face or try to stunt on people here, Meca, RMK, YTC, Egod..they ball on a regular basis and that shit is cool, they share stories, pictures, whatever of what they have and it's always cool to be proud of what you worked for, and they worked hard for it. But this "rap" shit, doesn't mean anything and you won't amount to a fuck with it. Get real with life man, kids shit is over.

having skill doesn't always mean making money. there were plenty of people in history that have had tremendous skills in certain areas and never profited off of them. (ex: picasso, etc...)

also, these people you're talking about were once in the same predicament I am in today. none of them decided they wanted to do music and then blew up the next day. it doesn't work that way, jesse.
