does he actually need a watch? because that's a really uncreative gift to get your father for father's day. D;
also, people still wear watches?
I mean, if you actually put thought into this then it's cool. it just seems really thoughtless and if I was your father I would be "disappoint"
also also metal bands are uncomfortable
otherwise if you're just going for a cool looking watch for your dad then, yes, it is cool looking
and I should shut up and stop being a negative nancy :x
I dont even wear watches but want to buy one

I think it is a cool watch. A lot of people wear watches. Also, older people for sure wear watches. No offense Mix, but I am sure your dad is over fifty. People over fifty seem to wear watches a lot.
It is what it is...Until it isn't.Good judgment comes from experience. Sometimes experience comes from bad judgment.
it cool

citizen is the win good buy
I hope Mix doesn't have any tacky watches. I can just the majority of DG spend their life savings on a diamond crusted rolex because they think it's cool.
its a good old man watch
and i'm with ryph, every self respecting guy should have a few nice watches...i have an invicta collection.. 5 in the collection so far
If everybody is fuckin dimes, who got all these ugly bitches pregnant?

Never personally liked Invicta, too big for my taste, but they do have nice dive style watches.
My personal favorite Citizen is the Calibre 8700 series. I have two of them. Gold with diamonds, and a stainless steel. Tried to get the steel with diamonds, but it was hard as hell to find when I bought my two.
I have an ESQ swiss and a submariner rolex, both are very nice and reliable. But that watch that Mix found looks like a steal. One hell of a watch for under $200.
Just do you know though I have a Rado, Rolex, and Breitling. Currently wearing the Breitling:

Watches always make you look like a baller. I'd lose or break it if i got one though.
My question is, why would you spend 6k on a watch when you can spend 1/6th of that or even lower for something as reliable. Are you paying for the name?

no i wouldnt buy a diamond encrusted rolex or spinners. but i did buy a luxury sedan (audi a6) a few years back and rock a breitling not unlike mix's above.
my sisters scion runs just as fine as my audi, but i dont want to drive in a 1st year college kid's car either. its preference man, and i prefer to spend a bit extra of my money on things i enjoy. if youre happy with a $200 watch and a car that "gets from a to b" more power to you.

Ah damn audi a6. Well that makes sense then. I prefer to drive a 2008 Toyota Avalon rather than a 2008 benz because it's more efficient, will last years beyond the benz, and doesn't cost a shitload for repairs. But yea more power to people as long as its not tacky.
that watch is absolute sh8t
i used to own that very watch and it was ALWAYS breaking.
also i wouldn't buy from that store if i were you.
