I read on BHW use throwaway VIOP #'s to bypass this and reg accts en masse.

how to go about doing it i was on bhw but the link to video showing how to do it was dead. i'll go on a mission to find a pay phone right now

gas station ftw. Also get a throwaway cell phone if you have often have a need to auth over the phone. (some CPAs require this for example)
