ok, so friday night I stayed at a friends house, including myself there was one other person there aside from the owner of the house. I wake up saturday and get a ride home. I get a call later on that evening from the owner of the house saying she was missing some rings and cash. Now, I am not a theif, but I know the other person who stayed there is known for robbing people. She made a police report, but I havent heard from the cops yet. So, I called her today and she said she got her rings back from the other kid who stayed at her house, but the kid told her I gave the rings to him so he could give them to her. What the fuck. This is such bullshit cuz he is trying to set me up for something he did. Can I be arrested for this??? Im waiting for the cops to call me back..

basically it comes down to your word against the other persons, and possession is 9/10's of the law so honestly i wouldnt stress it too much.

qft. cops are known to lie to catch criminals. heck, trainreq got set up by a fire man. you'll probably do a couple months and have to suck a few taints but you'll be alright
