If you have firefox install an addon called 'downloadhelper' (has three balls red, blue, yellow as its logo).
Once installed if you click on the icon in the tool bar it will list all of the websites that are compatible with it - tick a little box and it will show all the porn sites hilighted. Once you go to those sites and start viewing the porn the downloadhelper toolbar icon will start spinning and you now have the option to download the video as an flv, mpg or avi file direct to your hard drive.
