Kingston's Law of Internet Revenue is an affiliate marketing maxim that states:
Market something obscure on the Internet before it is worth a shit and you may make stacks.
History
The law receives its name from once-unknown singer Sean Kingston and his hit song Beautiful Girls. An unnamed site was a definite newcomer to the ringtone game, however the vast stream of user uploaded content provided the owner with a vast index of music from which to draw good demographics.
In short, the song was on the aforementioned site before anywhere else, and that wonderful Jamaican man provided its owner with about eleventy billion dollars thanks to the search engine traffic.
